Explore relationship between conversation and physics
The main design of this experience is to visualize a conversation scenario using the physics of two ball. Having conversations are like 2 balls pushing each other. There is the driven force from the previous person that pushes you and there are physical properties like mass and friction that determines at what rate will your dialogue go and how far you will go, just like your personalities and emotions. In this experience, you will listen and watch the conversation between Leona and Diana with the 2 balls.
Depict the collision between 2 different identities
Being an international student since 15, I experienced both love and disrespect for being someone so different. In this story, I want to present what is it like to love and respect someone who is different from you: it is more than just get to "know mooncake" for Harvest Moon for example, it is actually trying to understand how things goes/works in their way. For example, in this experience, Leona tries to pronounce mooncake the way Diana's culture actually says, "Yue Beng". I believe to love and to respect is to empathize and put yourself in their perspective.
